Plans submitted for new materials recycling facility
Plans have been submitted for a new materials recycling facility that will help Peterborough achieve one of the country’s highest targets for recycling discarded household materials.
Planning Exhibition
Views are being sought about the proposed energy-from-waste facility that will use Peterborough's non-recycled municipal waste as a fuel to generate renewable energy. Residents were able to view and comment upon the proposals at a statutory planning exhibition held on 25 and 26 September 2008 at the former RSG building on Fengate. There will be other opportunities to comment when planning applications are submitted.
